The Practicals
How much does it cost? How regularly do the sessions take place? How long is a session? Where do they happen? How long before I feel better?

I offer a free half hour discovery zoom to everybody curious about working with me. This is to see if we are a good fit. It is important for you to feel safe with the person you choose, and to take your time to explore your options before you make your choice.

Place
Currently I run all my sessions on Zoom.
Length of session
Sessions are 60 mins, but I hold a 75 min window for it in case unexpected material emerges which needs attention.
Price
I offer a sliding scale fee of between £70 (lowest concession) to £120 (full price). If we decide to go ahead, you let me know which price is appropriate for you. This flexibility in pricing allows me to continue to serve clients on a wide range of budgets. I send an invoice out after each session, using SquareUp.
Cancellation
At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid incurring a cancelation fee.
Regularity & Duration
The frequency of sessions is your choice, according to your needs and goals. I do suggest starting with 4 – 6 weekly sessions to establish our work together; beyond this we can decide between us what is best. Some clients stick on weekly for a number of months, others move to fortnightly, thinning sessions out even more over time. The beauty of coaching and IFS is that both can work quickly - six to eight sessions can be enough to bring substantial positive change and major shifts. It is also true that some clients find the ongoing support immeasurably helpful and, in these cases, the therapeutic coaching relationship can continue for longer. I try to keep as much flexibility as I can in scheduling to accommodate client’s different timetabling needs, and one of my primary intentions is to bring you back to yourself so that you no longer need me.
Professional maintenance
I am professionally insured by Balens. I have regular clinical Supervision, peer Supervision, and personal therapy. I continue to study and to extend my training in order to expand and to support the service I offer. The fee you pay goes towards all these things, as well as towards preserving the space either side of your session for me to focus solely on you, and for me to prepare and to consolidate.
Client Insurance plans
I am afraid I do not currently accept payment from insurance plans. The upside of which means that we can maintain a greater level of freedom, collaboration and creativity in our work together, without the stipulations of an insurance company.

Please note: As an IFS coach, UK law does not licence me to assess, diagnose, or treat mental health disorders or complex trauma. If you are under psychiatric care, take medication or have a medical need, please discuss this with me so I know that you are seeking or receiving appropriate clinical support alongside our work together.
"You have been such an incredible guide to me. Through kindness, support and understanding I have grown. I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart and it's good to know that you exist somewhere in the UK offering your generous help to other patients in need of support"
